-
Deposits are non-refundable unless decided by the Breeder to be a fault of hers then it will be refunded. Deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase price. Buyer is placing a deposit in the amount of $200.00. The remaining amount of $_________ is due upon acquisition of the puppy.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the puppy if:
-
Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for any reason, or
-
Buyer Fails to pay the balance of the Purchase Price upon day of pick up, In either event Breeder shall be free to sell the puppy to another party.
-
A boarding fee of $15 per day will be charged for each day the puppy is boarded by the Breeder past the age of puppy being 8 weeks. In cases where a purchase agreement is made after the puppy is over 8 weeks, buyer will have seven days to pick up puppy, or be charged the boarding fee. Breeder strongly recommends picking up puppy as close to the age of 8 weeks as possible, as that is the age where the strongest bond is formed with their owner. If buyer has not picked puppy up after 14 days from the agreed date, Breeder reserves the right to cancel contract. No refunds will be given.
Boarding Fee of $____________ is being charged, Buyer will pick up puppy on _________________.
-
The Breeder agrees, to the best of their knowledge, that the puppy purchased by the Buyer is free from any communicable diseases and is of sound body, stable temperament and is in good general health with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and health checked by our local vet providing a medical record indicating such.
-
Breeder will provide a 1-year health guarantee against genetic defects such as hip dysplasia, epilepsy or eye defects. Buyer must supply copies of all medical findings to Breeder. Breeder then reserves the right to have puppy checked and condition verified by Breeders local vet. Puppy may be kept, and a replacement puppy will be offered OR puppy may be returned, and a replacement puppy offered. No money will be offered. Replacement of puppy will be given when the next available pup, of equal value becomes available chosen by the Breeder. All medical and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
-
It is important to take your puppy to the vet within 72 hours of bringing him home for a complete health check. Failure to do so will void health guarantee. This will offer buyer peace of mind in knowing they have acquired a healthy puppy. Please take a stool sample with you. Although puppies have been dewormed properly, there still may be worms or other micro-organisms present. Puppies easily pick up organisms through the environment.
-
Buyer agrees to take the responsibility of registering the dog purchased from said Breeder, if they so wish.
-
Buyer agrees that it is their responsibility to familiarize themselves with the breed of said dogs and understands the nature of the breed and any medical conditions related to the breed.
-
If Buyer has changed their mind and has found they are unable to care for said dog/pup, then they are to contact breeder and give breeder the chance to find the puppy a suitable home or take the puppy back whichever the breeder prefers. Dog is not to go to any type of animal shelter; Breeder will take dog back or help find a suitable home. No exchange of money or replacement will be offered.
-
Buyer acknowledges that said dogs’ temperament may change with lack of proper training and discipline, or if dog is mishandled or abused.
-
Buyer agrees to provide proper nutritional requirements and to maintain a healthy lifestyle for said dog. If buyer is ever found guilty of animal abuse or neglect, dog be returned to Breeder immediately.
-
Breeder can provide parents heights and weights but can offer no guarantee as to the adult size of your dog.
-
This contract is only valid while the Breeder is breeding Miniature Schnauzers. Should breeder cease breeding said dogs, for any reason, this contract will become null and void.
-
Any conflicts between Breeder and Buyer are to be dealt with in the breeder’s county of residence. I have read, understand, and agree to the conditions of this contract by placing my signature on the line below.
-
This sale is for pet only no breeding rights are given.
